Lapband Talk Is Going To My Email, Help??

Does anyone know how to stop lapband talk from going to my email address. I have about 5000 emails, can anyone help me out????

I had to set up a seperate email acct. my husband was hysterical. Lol. Probably a better idea but i dont know

When you click on "Follow this topic" is what makes it go to your email account. Click on "unfollow this topic" and it should stop

You can also go into your settings and make some adjustments from your profile. Mine used to do that and it drove me crazy, I just have mine set to notify me of specific events or peoples responses.

My settings...notification options.....click 2x's each of the middle categories. Good luck!
