Lovemythreems 36 Posted October 15, 2012 Hi Everyone, Its been a while since I've checked in with everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I am almost at my 6 month timeframe and the last 3 weeks have been long and slow. I have been up and down 2 pounds. I am also hungry than I have been in the past and I can eat about a cup of food at each sitting. I started working out (just a little) so I think I am just at a plateu. I decided to go see my doctor just in case. Oh boy, I received a big fill today at 1cc. My doctor has always told me that she can tell how tight I am by the resistance she feels when she sticks the neddle in. Today there was no resistance so she "filled" me up I hope its not too much as I have never gotton stuck so far and don't want to! How's everyone doing on their journeys? marfar7 1,533 Posted October 15, 2012 My dr said the same thing! In fact, about a year ago (before my band slipped), he told me that I was "filled to capacity" at only 10cc in a 14cc band because the plunger pushed itself out without him even trying. Told me that resistance means I'm full. I was so worried that I'd be full forever, never again able to take another fill. Dummy me complained about that and what happened? A slip. Wish I was just full now! Good luck! Marci
Lovemythreems 36 Posted October 15, 2012 Marci, I've heard that before. What happens exactly when the band slips? What do you have to do? Just curious.
