Hi all. I live in California, but I've been born in Spain, and I decided to have my surgery there, in Madrid. I was banded last weds, I spent the night at the hospital. I was not allowed to eat o drink anything until next day at 8am where I was offered a hot tea.

I have not felt any pain at all, so I decided not to take any of the painkillers. I went to the movies yesterday and I can say that today I feel much closer to any other normal day, maybe a little tired. it's too early to say but I feel like I took theright decision.

Have you made arrangements for fills and aftercare here in the USA, or will you have to return to Madrid for that?

Yeah, I'm going to stay here until my first visit to the surgeon, 12 days after the surgery. Then, I'll find some one in Orange County.
