princess77 16 Posted October 14, 2012 how is everyone doing now that it's been over 6 months. I'm doing well I'm down 67lbs. My goal is 100 down by march 2nd which will be my 1yr mark. Works out to 1.6lbs a week I have to lose. Weight loss has slowed since the beginning but I was told this would happen. It seemed easy at first with little effort but now its more work. I don't say I have any regrets other than I wish it was covered, but glad I got it done. I struggle sometimes on what to eat I seem to eat the same dozen meals all the time. Looking into seeing a dietition hoping they can help expand my menu or edit it at least. I still need to work on the chew, chew, chew. Lol also eating more and eating first my Protein.
