Banded20/04/2012 0 Posted October 13, 2012 Hey all my name is Sarah banded 20/4/2012 and although I have lost 22kgs already, I need help with my diet! I'm struggling to find food that encourages weight loss, keeps me full and is healthy I need some help from banders that have had experience with food for longer than I have, Breakfast lunch and dinner! Protein...lean 1/2 cup vegetable 1/4 cup carb vegetable If you are able too eat eggs then a boiled egg is a common breakfast item. Remember to eat 5 times a day....your 3meals and 2 Snacks.
