Hello to all of you. I'm finding this site very useful. My op went very well and I had a hiatal hernia fixed at the same time. I'm still on the mush stage of the diet, but have lost 15 lbs so far. I wasn't asked to do a pre op diet.

Apart from incredible gas/wind and loo blocking Constipation (cured by lactulose) I'm fine.
