Hey folks its our 3rd bandiversary month. How is everyone doing? Have you met goal? My own experience is met goal, but maintenance is hard for me! I am unfortunately gaining weight. I know what I need to do, but need to push myself, as has been noted by Jean, to the want power!!I I always said not will power but won't power. I won't eat what I am not supposed to eat.

Well, just checking in, and wishing everyone in October 2009 a Happy 3rd Bandiversary. My date is Oct 30, what's yours? Karen
