dj112 21 Posted October 12, 2012 Sugar is a drug for me. If I have a little one day, I want it the next day and the next day. I'm 4 weeks off sugar now and I find I have no cravings for it because its not in my body. chocolate is empty calories and is preventing you from losing weight. 1 TIGERLILY1988 reacted to this

meyouus 415 Posted October 13, 2012 I have chocolate cravings from time to time, but fix it with SF choc pudding. What I learned is that I give in to a STRONG craving, I do so sparingly. I've resorted to getting two or three Hershey Kisses, or mini candy bars at the grocery store check out. They never charge me cuz they figure it's so low, it won't register. I must be very lucky! daisychains7 427 Posted October 14, 2012 I picked up some Nestle fat free hot chocolate today and it is pretty yummy. You add it to 6oz of hot Water, and it's only 20 calories. I recommend it! Satisfies a bit of that sweet tooth.
♕ajtexas♕ 3,771 Posted October 14, 2012 Stonyfield Oikos Greek Yogurt comes in chocolate, its a 4 pack of 4oz containers, 100 calories, 10g protien, 0 fat. It's pretty good, helps with the chocolate cravings. I also make popsicles out of the pre mixed protien shakes, like EAS or Adkins. I pour the shake into a popsicle mold, 1 shake makes 6 popsicles ~ course we are heading into winter so hot chocolate sounds much better. I just bought the Nestle fat free hot chocolate today. 3 ☠carolinagirl☠, SinCityGal and daisychains7 reacted to this
dj112 21 Posted October 14, 2012 sugar free pudding, popsicles and sugar free hot chocolate sound terrific. I don't think any of us should be eating chocolate after weight loss surgery. It's self sabotage.
