I bought my Spanx on Amazon. They tell you on there how to measure by what size your wearing. It helps but do I want to have to wear compression garments the rest of my life? No. I want to look normal in a pair of jeans. Spanx do help with the excess Water. When I wear them I do pee more often then when I dont but Im tired of being confined all the time to spanx.
