If your BMI is 40 do you not need the last 5 years of weight records? Is it only when your under 40 that you need that?

I was over 40 and I still need 5yrs of medical records to prove I've been obese for that long. Dang, they could go back 30 yrs and see that.lol

Do the last 5 years need to show a bmi over 40 or just a bmi that shows you've been obese for that long? What if u missed a few years of visiting the doctor? This is regarding the choice plus program
