Also do you have the lap band or the realize band? My doctor is letting me choose which band and I can't find any thing that is really swaying me one way or another. Just trying to make the best decision for me. I may just end up letting my doctor choose. This is my first thread so I really appreciate all the help!

I would let your doctor choose, as they know more about the band than we do. They also may have more experience/success with one brand over the other.

I have lapband and started feeling restriction at 3.5cc. Some feel it early on and others at higher numbers. The only thing I had heard is the realize is low pressure, so it can take longer to feel the green zone.
