juliek 0 Posted March 29, 2006 I haven't read any of the books you have (but I am certainly going to check them out) however, I have read "Weightloss Surgeries for Dummies" (my surgeon co-wrote) and have recommended that to several people. It does discuss all the surgical options available, has great ideas for aftercare and some yummy receipes.
bandedms02 0 Posted March 29, 2006 A really good one is "Lapband for Life" by Dr. Ariel Ortiz, M.D. It can be ordered off of Dr. Ortiz's website, Obesitycontrolcenter.com or on Amazon.com. It may also be available on Ebay.
Alexra 0 Posted March 29, 2006 I have read the one by Dr Ortiz as weell as the book by Jessie Aharoni (sp) both great books, filled with helpful information.
rajgrover 0 Posted March 29, 2006 I ordered this book from Amazon.com Read thru it in 15 minutes.... there was nothing new in there that I did not get from this forum. I could 'make' a better book if I just compiled all the info from the many different websites. Total waste of money! My 2 cents!!!
