My Gas X strips, Tylenol and hot green tea helped. Most of your pain is probably gas...I learned that being on LBT. Hope you feel better soon. And please use Fitness Pal now. Most people there may only be a few weeks ahead of you. You can start reading their food diaries and learn alot. Wish I knew about them before my surgery.
