How Often To Lap Banders Pee I'm Worried...

I try to drink 64 oz of liquid a day but I don't think I'm even close. I probably get down half of what I'm suppose to. I am only going to the bathroom 4 / 5 times a day. I'm worried in going to get a kidney, bladder or uti. I get occasional pain in my lower back or ab. Any information would be appreciated.

you have to sip sip sip all day long......you need to do what you know to do

...i drink 80+ oz per day and i go all day long..hang in there and do better tomorrow

Lucky you! I'm up every 2 hrs EXACTLY at night peeing. But I've always had a small bladder - guess the weight loss didn't change that. My husband wants me to hook up a catheter when we travel. We stop at every single rest stop there is!

I think if you're drinking enuf, you're urine is light in color, not too smelly, and it doesn't hurt to urinate, you have nothing to worry about.
