I was banded 3/20/12, I've lost 64lbs and I'm at a stuck. I know it's because I haven't worked out like before so I started back. I noticed alot of my skin is hanging...so I started doing sit-ups and felt pulling w/ a little pain. I'm wondering if I should be doing them.Has this happened to anyone?

I think your muscles contract around your port. I would ask your doctor. I have been told no exciersise is off limits, but I do feel a pulling feeling when I do some work outs. Maybe try crunches and planks.
