I LOVE the Bariatric Advantage Meal Replacement powder (google it). It is actually a meal replacement rather than a Protein Shake but I am very satisfied after I drink it. Love it.

I for the first year drank Unjury only really good! Now its Premier shakes from costco i love 'em.

I'm pretty sure they don't have enough Protein. You need around 20grams per shake.< /p>

My doctor told me yes, I could use those. But the other poster is right that they don't give as much Protein. I only use them occasionally when I want a change
