Jbright: thanks for the info! I'm getting tested for sleep apnea next week (plus this approval process is giving me high blood pressure, so that should count, right? Haha). I'm hoping for the peer to peer review next week, since my surgeon and aetna played phone tag this whole week I've also contacted the Lindstrom group, so i'm not backing down.

My surgeon had the peer to peer review today with aetna, and i got approved! liquid diet starts tomorrow, and my surgery is dec 19.

4thefuture31: you should get approved with sleep apnea and a bmi of 37. The insurance approval part of this journey is the worst part. Good luck and please keep us updated
