I had my first fill today, took about 30 seconds! I got 4cc's. Doc says I should be able to notice a difference and to make sure I'm chewing well and not eating too fast or I'll know it. I'm on mushies for 24 hours, then back to regular diet! I had 1/2 cup of chicken salad for dinner with no problem.

1 cup of food, 3-4 oz Protein very small amount of starch/ veg. I use a divided toddler plate to control my portions. I normally do a Protein Shake for Breakfast, or egg beater.
