donna12 742 Posted October 2, 2012 Ever since surgery June 13th of this year my hair is really dry, brittle, yes I get it colored at the salon, a low light and highlights every 7 weeks but ever since my surgery it just breaks off at the ends like its fried. My stylist suggested Biotin. With that said, I read in a magazine tonight about Viviscal but didn't like the reviews on Walgreens.com about oily skin and oily hair from Viviscal but it does promote Hair growth and healthy hair for thinning hair which I do have also. I do use a flat Iron on it. Anyone of you girls out there a stylist and can shed some light on here for me??? Help!!!

I have a Chi flat Iron and don't turn it up very high also a ION digital flat Iron too that I set on 250. OMG I never thought I'd have hair issues. makes me want to indulge on fatty foods just to get some fat into my diet again. NOT! You didn't hear me say that.
