honk 780 Posted October 3, 2012 I also don't eat Breakfast early. Here's how I handle breakfast: greek yogurt, one small baggie of half scoop Protein powder, 1 tsp unflavored Fiber, splendra to taste; small baggie couple chopped walnuts, and about 1/2 cup high Protein Cereal (Kashi go lean). First mix up fruit on the bottom of the yogurt, add in the powder and then the Cereal. Very high Protein Breakfast for about 300-350 calories. Are you weighing your lunch and dinner protein? My doctor says 3 oz of solid protein. Measure out your protein and then eat low fat/carb veggies until full. Trust me it 's hard to over eat plain carrrots, broccoli, or cauliflower. I am not a calorie counter either. I do however choose lower calorie options. Plain skinless chicken breast is a better choice than fried chicken or with a high fat sauce. missmudd 17 Posted October 12, 2012 Soooo, since I made this post nearly 2 weeks ago, I am down nearly 6 pounds!!! Changes made are eating MORE at a meal and feeling FULL. Yay!! Turns out I was eating about 1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time and then snacking all the time. The snacking was what would equal out to about 1.5 cups of food for a meal. No wonder I never felt full or lost any weight. Thanks for the tips. I needed a portion check and now have a measuring cup in my bag LOL. Counting calories happens 5-6 days a week now instead of 2 or 3. What a change! Thanks for the help. ~Laurel 2 Maddysgram and ♕ajtexas♕ reacted to this

Erin O'Donnell 61 Posted October 12, 2012 As frustrating as it is, it's comforting to know I'm not the only one struggling. I have the same problem. I'm also about 2 months out, have had 1 fill and I don't feel any restriction :/ I hope we both can get over this hump and get going with our weight loss! Good luck! 1 missmudd reacted to this
