I have been sick this week and the dr. gave me some antibotic that has literally taken away my appetite...so I have really been losing, but I know that these higher numbers will slow down once I finish the meds. S2b 18 Posted October 22, 2012 I am actually up 2 pounds today. But I think it is Water retention. I can feel it in my fingers/hands. I have had a craving of Tomato juice this weekend. However, I ran for one mile without stopping in a wee bit less than 15 minutes. Huge accomplishment. Doing the couch potato to 5K routine and loving it. Starting week 5 of the routine tonight.
