MellioM 116 Posted October 11, 2012 I'm not doing great so far this week. I went away and ate too much. I got back to work to a Hispanic heritage pot luck and ate too much. Here's to hoping I can even things out in the next couple of days. I have run about 6 miles this week so far. I'm thinking it is time I start training for a 10k and kick things up a notch.
