Any suggestions to get past a plateau? Its only been 2 weeks but I need to get the scale moving! I stay between 900-1000 calories per say 97% of the time. I track via lose it and get my 10k steps in 4-5 days of the week. I lost 50 lbs so far and it was by doing the above. I'm wondering if I need to drop to 800 calories vs 900?

I'm not as far out as you are yet, but from past experience, after doing the same exercise routine for a while, your body gets used to it....so you may need to change it a bit or kick it up a notch to move past the plateau....I know for me, from past experience, every 2 weeks I had to change my routine in order to see the scale move.....But I don't think you should decrease your cal in take, cause the body needs its nutrition.....Good luck!!!

Try uping your pure Protein intake and also up your Water intake by at least 16oz. This has worked whenever i plateu. Dont decrease your calories, just increse the Protein. Hope this helps!
