Disney Nut 60 Posted September 30, 2012 It's 7:51 on Sunday morning, but I've yet to go to sleep from Saturday. I just figured it out: my Matrix shake has insomnia-causing Splenda as an ingredient! I love this flavor, but I need to get some sleep too. I'll have to come up with a substitute today. This insomnia can really cost me money. While I was awake all night, I redesigned my front garden for next year and decided that we need to get a number of built-in bookcases installed around the house. Wait until HE wakes up and discovers what I've planned to do to the house in the coming months! (Well, I do need to develop new hobbies to replace eating!) 1 knewland reacted to this

KristinsMommy 145 Posted September 30, 2012 Interesting. I've never had a problem with slpenda causing insomnia but we are all different. Hope you get some rest tonight! 1 Disney Nut reacted to this

Igoback 8 Posted September 30, 2012 Are you recently post op? I had bad insomnia for about a week and a half after surgery. Asked my dr and she said it was normal. I started sleeping good when I went to work. I've never heard of the Splenda thing--makes me nervous to try it!
