Hello all, I had my band done back in 2009, but im in the need for some support getting back on track..i lost 75lbs and since being out of work for a year have gained back about half...it makes me sick..i just wish I had someone around by me to kick my butt and workout with..any helpful words is welcome!

Go back to your doc for help

And you have the time to concentrate on yourself and time to workout

You are your greatest investment
