CONGRATS!!!!so happy for you!sure hope I start getting results!!i lost 17lbs on the pre op diet and I'm three weeks post op and only down 3lbs any tips?

I work out 6 days a week 2 to 3 hours Day I've been doing it since may. I also went vegetarian in may and so I eat healthy now I do have fish still but no other meats.. I committed to all id thus before surgery so that I would be healthy and successful in my weight loss journey keep up the good work 3lbs is better than no pounds

I was actually 293 in that first picture and 250 in the second.. I'm 5 foot 10 and a half so I wear my weight well thank goodness
