brandice 40 Posted September 28, 2012 okay yesterday i asked for some of your Gauged foods. and no one knew what i was talking about. So i am going to ask again in a different way. What foods fill you up the best? Rice and Pasta's do not count. (and i want to stay away from potatoes) In order for me to get my first fill at 6 weeks i have to find my "gauged foods" foods that give me the best full sensation. I am suppose to start out measuring 1 cup at a time. if i am still hungry than get a 2nd cup food etc until i fill full. Sojourner 2,446 Posted September 28, 2012 Protein does the best job with this...everything from eggs to chicken to grilled salmon.
