Wtloss 75 Posted September 25, 2012 Each day you will see improvements, your pain will get better, you will start having more energy and once you start having fills your appetite will decrease. This to shall pass, hang in there. I read this site for encouragement. When I read people reaching their goals I know it's reachable for me too!

Miranda4635 29 Posted September 25, 2012 I am 11 days out and trust me it get Better!! I was crying a lot and feeling really weak. Once you recuperate and start taking in a little more calories you will feel much better. Even my family noticed a big difference in my attitude. wildrose1966 396 Posted September 25, 2012 I am 8 days post op and back to work. I was going stir crazy sitting around the house. Went out for good walks a few times a day, caught up with family and friends. As someone else said, I am burping like it is my job. Surgery kicks you and the faster you can get off the pain pills, get moving around the clearer your head will be. Be gentle on yourself, take it one day at a time!!
