Sweaty Mcsweaterton

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My post is similar to others except I sweat EVERYWHERE! All the time, with any modicum of physical activity--walking leisurely, moving, thinking... I've been reduced to carrying a napkin around to wipe my head with. And I live in Seattle, it isn't hot here at all, and we haven't hit the humid season yet. Is this losing weight? Am I burning that much fat just living because I haven't started my workout regimen yet (I'm only 3 weeks post-op, and my doc said only walking for 6) What's going on? Anyone else have this?

Can't answer your questions, but I had to laugh at your thread name.

My daughter talks like that all the time.

By chance is that a "Simpson's" thing? LOL

LOL..... Are you referring to "Hooty Mc Boobity" from the Simpsons? Or "Busty St. Claire"

Hi,

First answer, I never really got into the Simpson's, so I would say no to using them for the title, lol :-)

Second, this didn't happen before the surgery, so I'm pretty sure it isn't something that is not lap band related. It definitely is a side effect, but I don't understand why...

It could be hormone related, so I would think it appropriate to discuss this with your PCP or the surgeon.

I've overall had better experiences with my PCP diagnosing my medical conditions than my bariatric surgeon.
