Well Monday sept 24 2012 finally getting banded , nervous and excited. It's

Been a journey but well worth it , I am now Sitting here starving its the forth day of my clear liquid diet. Any suggestions for something different ?

This is the hard part, it does get easier. Time and patients, then once you heal.....exercise is the key to success with the band.
