I made this buffalo chicken I found on emilybites.com, it was really good and easy to make. If you haven't tried it you should.

I know, I still struggle with trying to find the exact nutrients in a recipe. Have you tried anything from that site?

No, not yet, but I definitely bookmarked it. Lots to choose from, but the buffalo chicken looks really good. I was going to make it this weekend, but ended up eating some shrimp and a salmon burger from Kroger. It would be nice if she has a low carb cake, the B-day is coming up next weekend .

I made this buffalo chicken today and it is really good, but I didn't have to do the 7-8 hours cook time, but I think my slow cooker has turned into a fast cooker, lol. The ranch helps take some of the bite off the buffalo, I like a little spicy, but not too spicy.
