As of this morning I am under 200 lbs. 7 months post-op and have lost over 100 lbs. I have to go back 25 years since I was this weight! And I got results that says my sleep apnea is gone as well. It is a good day!

I have followed the prescribed menu. High Protein and 1200 calories a day. I spend approx. an hour a day at the gym. I have taken up running. I have run 5K in under 30 minutes with my maximum distance being around 15K. Start slow. Slow progress is still progress!
