EverythingToGain 11 Posted October 3, 2012 I also got my very first fill today. 4cc in a 14cc band. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but when (if ever) should I feel anything? I know everyone is different, but I thought I would feel the Fluid going in the band or instant restriction. Maybe in the morning I may because I was told it gets tighter in the morning. So I have liquids/mushies for the next day or two. Is this what to expect after each fill? I had my first fill of 3cc in my 12 cc band today too. My doctor said I might not feel any restriction for the first 2-3 fills. He also said he used the large profile band on me and that makes a difference in how much restriction I am/am not feeling. He didn't say anything about it being tighter in the morning but he did say to be very cautious over the next 2 days, chew slowly and very well, to ensure nothing gets stuck. I feel frustrated that I'm not feeling any restriction but I have to say it was a pretty easy experience compared to what I had envisioned. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
