A New New Dawn 1,695 Posted September 20, 2012 I had surgery on 7/25 and have lost about 30 lbs since. I noticed my pants were loose but really didn't believe I was ready for a size smaller... justathing2me 146 Posted September 20, 2012 Yay! Congrats! I waited until my pants were falling off of me, had my belt on the last hole before I bought new ones! One of my co-workers said "Wow, your pants really show your weight loss!" I interpreted that as "Wow, your pants are falling off your a*&". I figured it was time! I was down 2 sizes too!
