Do any of you get crabby throughout the day due to lack of food? Around 1:30 or so I get extremely irritable it seems like anything will set me off until I get something in my stomach like Soup or yogurt.I feel so depressed that I'm only able to eat liquids while everyone on the house is eating fried chicken, italian sausage etc. I guess I'm just feeling sorry for myself. Also adjusting to this new life style.

I get grumpy when I am hungry, its an issue that runs in my family. I've found that if I drink lots of Water throughout the day I dont feel as hungry. Also make sure you are getting your Protein Shakes in because it makes me less hungry. As far as feeling envious because everyone is eating yummy no no foods, well just think of the end goal and how it will be worth it in the end.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
