Stephanie Reiter 0 Posted September 18, 2012 hmm last week i blended up some caulaflower and it could be a rice alternative, or like i did, and put an egg in it and make it a pizza crust!! it was yummy. last night we make spaghetti squash with homemade sauce, and it went down nicely, not so nice right now for lunch, but im always tight during lunch time. tonight were doing a cilantro lime tofu with the caulaflower rice. something i have for lunch alot is tuna, and recently i bought mrs.dash lime seasoning, and it makes tuna AMAZING
