well, i guess it depends on the person.

i would suggest doing away with the fried foods all together as its high in fat but that is just me. if someone eats it every once in a while, i dont see the harm but Portion Control still is key

I have found that fried chicken is can be a bit too dry for me--without the skin. I usually have to add some BBQ Sauce or something to make it a little softer. I will admit that after I pulled off the skin I did lick my fingers just to get a taste of that yummy greasy taste--and oh was it good--but I had to stop there because just the thought of the skin makes my chest hurt!!!!

. One time several mths ago I ate one of my hubby's McDonald's fries. You would have thought I ate the whole batch.... My stomach was just having a fit and it came back up. Another time it was a small teaspoon sized bite of grilled cheese.... Same problem. And hamburger unless its very very lean does the same thing so I figured it's greasy food and I stear clear!

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
