After 2 weeks, I have to say I might miss these Optifast shakes, they were easy to make, plan and in the end didn't taste too bad. On Clear liquids tomorrow and surgery Monday morning.

I had to buy them from my dr's office. Sometimes a headache is a sign of dehydration........try to get some more Water it. You are probably suffering from withdrawls from carbs, sugar, caffine. Takecare of yourself
