Am I Weird?

Lately I have been able to drink my morning coffee and I don't eat Breakfast til about 11am. Is this normal? Am I getting a taste of the green zone? Only bad thing is, my food cravings/hunger is worse in the evening, I have to keep myself busy, and there is only so much cleaning and yard work I can do before it's all accomplished lol.

5/28/12 pre-op diet started (217lbs) 6/14/12 Surgery 1.8cc added to 10cc band (205lbs). 7/17/12 1st fill (194lbs). 7/24/12 (191lbs) 7/30/12 (187lbs) 8/14/12 1cc added total of 3.8cc (187) 9/14/12 .3cc added total of 4.1cc (179lbs)

I actually find on the days I drink my skinny caramel macchiato at around 10am and do not eat Breakfast, I can go until mid afternoon before being hungry. I swear if I eat my steel cut oatmeal puck and Greek yogurt, I'm hungry in about four hours.

I would say it's not normal but what is? I've seen similar posts from other bandsters so it happens. I still eat my 3 meals and 2 Snacks a day and I'm hungry much of the time. The band has never stopped my hunger, it's only stopped me from eating too much when I do eat. So, it works for me.

i dont eat in the mornings (as i am not hungry and feel to tight)

i guess since we are all different, we experience different things. like tmf said, what is normal???

like you, i am sure i could eat more in the evenings if i allowed myself but i do make sure

i practice Portion Control and use my (so called) good sense. haha

I drink a shake in the morn I don't eat never did but you need the Protein. At night I make me a smoothie with fruit it helps with the hunger and if I didn't get much protein in the day I add some dry to it.
