Caramel Frappuccino Protein Shake

Before my band I would drink Starbucks caramel frappuccino coffee drinks. I loved them! Well tonight I made a Protein shake that I think matches them....

3/4 cup cold coffee

1/4 cup 1% milk

1 scoop vanilla powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein powder

2 tablespoons Torani Caramel coffee Syrup sugar free

Hand full of ice

127 calories, 1g fat, 7.2g carbs, 22g Protein. They are sooo yummy!!!!!!!
