I have never met you in real life, but you are my people.

I have only gotten through the last 6 months of my boring, paperwork only, required supervised diet because of reading your posts.

Instead of being scared or unsure, everytime I have come to this site I have felt more and more like I am doing the right thing, like I belong here with you guys.

I have not been banded yet (soon, soon, soon!), but I know that with your help, I will get through it and I will be successful.

Welcome! I stalked these boards for months before I finally posted and you're right. There are wonderful people here.

My Drs office told me that the most successful people are the one's that have a support group. Thank goodness for LBT!!!
