Dreading The Scale!

Banded August 30 and have my 2 week follow up on Monday. I haven't stepped on a scale since surgery day. I don't feel like I've lost anything Here's hoping!!!!

You will be surprised sometimes you can lose weight and not feel like it. Good luck

Remember this is the time for healing, not weight loss. It takes your body up to 6wks for swelling to go down.

I don't think you'll take a couple years, with a 49 lb lost pre-op is a very good start.
