So I finally hit my 50 lbs weight loss goal. -51.6 since may 2011. Even though it has taken me a while I am okay with that! Better safe and slow. Finally feeling like my old self again. Between a size 14/16. A few more Lbs and ill be in my 14 size jeans. It's a struggle but take it one day at a time.

Fantastic, way to go. It's best for the body to loose slowly (hard on the head). Lol. Congrats!
