Ronnie Rae Scott 8 Posted September 14, 2012 I did the math today. My surgery date was May 16th 2012. So as of today I'm down 36lbs. so thats 2lbs a week. A Lot of time I feel like its not coming off fast enough for me, but 2lb a week is really good! I just need to stay positive and keep on keeping on! good luck to you all 7 Maddysgram, Ric, JhonnieB and 4 others reacted to this

PattyGirl66 1,243 Posted September 14, 2012 ohhh 2lbs a week is fabulous! I had a week where I didn't lose anything. It seems to even itself out so far when you do the math. As long as you know you are doing everything right and if you have a setback, its not your fault and it will make itself up at the end of the month. It always appears that way.... Great job!! 1 Ronnie Rae Scott reacted to this
