Good Morning from Texas yall!

Success news to share!

Mini Goal reached!!

I set mini goal for next fill which would be 9/26..set goal to reach 193...Well Today! I made that!

A total of 67 gone bye bye!!

And its all thanks to the couch to 5k program!

This morning I completed Week 5 Day 3 and looking forward to Week 6!

I signed up for Dirty Girl Mud Run October 13...Its a run, walk, crawl, climb obstacle course and I am to beyond excited!!

I hope everyone is having a great Friday and I wish all of you tons of success! :D
