Tricare & Dr. Moazzez??

I was wondering if anyone knew if Dr. Moazzez took tricare?? I am researching a dr in the Northern Virginia area....

Hi Monica, Dr. Moazzez put my lap band in on May 21, 2012. He was very good and the practice is pretty good too. They don't say on their website if they take Tricare; I have Federal Blue Cross. They say they take pretty much any insurance so I'd be surprised if they didn't take Tricare.

I just saw that Arlington Hospital (or whatever it's called now) is also a Bariatric Center of Excellence. I'm in Falls Church so that would have been closer than Fair Oaks.

Go to the seminar, one of the surgeons will be there and can answer any question you can think of.
