Still a problem if you don't stay on top of it. I take 2 stool softeners a day and put a clear dissolving Fiber Taget/Walmart/Publix brand in my Water every morning. it really helps! If you notice yourself going 3-4 days with no movement, take an over the counter relief, Senocot. All natural and works wonders! You do not want the pain of continued constipation!

I'm telling you, try milk product....even sf pudding, three sips Alfredo sauce, it too will come....

I was banded on 9/7 and have only gone about 3 times and that was only because I used a supository. I have taken Milk of Magnesia for the last three days and.....nothing. Does the Miralax or metamucil have a taste? I don't mind taking it if it doesn't taste bad......

I regularly take a stool softener and I go pretty regularly. When I first started this journey, I would take milk of magnesia but that was the only time I would go.
