I was wondering the same thing...if I just have to pay an office visit co-pay or more

It all depends on the package deal you got. Most Dr. offers after care from 3-5 yrs that includes fills. Mine offers 5 yrs after care with fills, but after the 5yrs, I have to pay about $100 per fill. I also did find a clinic that offered lifetime after care including fills, I would have gone with them, but I felt their surgeons were not as experienced.

I am in Canada and I pay one fee for life, fills, unfills, appointments, removal if need be.......pretty much patient for life. Every clinic is different, just another question you have to ask when looking for a surgeon that is right for you.

I am charged for an office visit AND a fee for the fill, 9limited office surgery). my insurance pays all but the $50 copay. I made an appt. with the nutritionist last time, and it was covered under the same copay!
