Hi all,

My name is Lauren. I am a 21 year old college student, studying biology. I am a big health and fitness junkie. I workout daily - cardio and weight training. I love eating healthy, and finding all sorts of ways to make healthy meals tasty! I'm looking forward to posting in here :)
