mommyvega3 22 Posted September 12, 2012 My date is November 12!!! But I'm having problems with trying to lose the weight before surgery. I have severe RA and I'm on 30mg of prednisone every day. I've been doing the Protein shakes...and crystal lite. Bern trying to walk more and play more intensively with my kids...nothing is working....any suggestions from you guys would be awesome!! DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted September 12, 2012 I would count your calories to see how much you're eating then stay between 1000-1200 max. I would also drink a lot of Water (just straight Water with nothing in it) because steroids can really pack on the water weight.
